If you only one want, then take a look at which weapons each mod adds then decide that way. It's not so much about what you will use, it's more so to provide variation to the people you are fighting. I installed IW first, then installed JS, and when it asked me to overwrite, I just clicked yes to all. I use Jaysus but that is just preference. From personal experience, I know there's no problem if you use them both.

People tell me that Jaysus Swords is high quality and is not as cluttering. I like Immersive Weapons because it integrates weapons with a natural manner.
